There are many contributing factors, but one would think that at a certain age you realize you need to improve your situation and stop committing crime.
If the government doesn't help they are racist. So now people can live off of the goverment's dime. Look at welfare; do you realize that now minorities are complaining that it fosters dependancy? There are many educational opportunities specifically for minorities. What is just given to the poor trailer trash white kid for being poor and white?
There are so many minority support groups that provide information, support, and present educational opportunities for the minorities. They just don't take it. They'd rather keep flossin', shinin', pimpin', droppin' it like it's hot, buyin' grills, spinning rims, spittin' out kids, slingin' rocks, and drawing welfare checks than have to work for something.
