For some reason I have it my head that there was talk about building a big observation tower on it. I can even see the artist's impression in my head. Perhaps I saw it when there was all that stuff about future plans for Doha on the Corniche by Orry a few months ago. Or perhaps I just dreamt it. Good idea either way.
