richard123 - I agree with you that people disobey laws all over the world (and I also agree that violence isn't the solution), but I think the reason omaruam highlighted the fact that they were Arabs is because 99% of the time in Qatar it is Qataris who flout the rules. That's not to say other nationalities don't do it here, but from my experience it's Qataris who do it most. I find it frustrating that I do my best to fit in with Qatar's cultural and religious beliefs while some Qataris are blatantly disrespecting rules and regulations.
Perhaps omaruam could have worded the title of his post a bit less aggressively, as it does give the impression that he's tarnishing all Arabs with the same brush, when in reality it is only a minority who do these things.
