Dorothy Ann -- I am with you in spirit on this one! LOL!
Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned!!
There is nothing like sweet karma coming to bite someone on the behind when they mess with the wrong lady!
Clearly you know who this woman is. Do some more homework: where does she work/live/hangout. Get her mobile number from your husband's phone (or network and find it...can't be that hard). What kind of car does she drive? Get the license number.
Personally, I would opt to have a little fun before trying to give her the heave-ho. Maybe make them both sweat. Tell your husband your doctor said you've got some sort of mild STD...and you wonder where you could have caught that?? Send an official notice of some sort of embarrassing thing to her workplace, or leave an overly detailed, personal message with someone for her.
Is she single or married? If she's married, there's another avenue to pursue...maybe her husband would be interested in swapping stories!
And while you're doing all this, be withdrawing as much as you can from your joint bank account with your husband. Do this before you let on that you know anything.
You say you want her deported -- but what about him? Do you seriously think that getting rid of her will fix your marriage (if you even want it to be fixed/saved)? It won't. The reasons why he strayed will still be there, and until you both fix those underlying reasons, he's at risk for doing the same thing with another woman.
