there is a difference between blocking a handle and blocking the ip adress

if you block the handle they just go get a new one... if you stop the ip they cant access the site if they are logged in
so in turn no messages they have to get another computer... which takes longer

just hanging and watching dvd's with helen keller... kind of a quite night.
