Depends on the use. If you watch a lot of action movies, or play playstation/xbox games, then then it is recommended for you to get the Sony models with " motion flow" option. This option optimizes viewing of fast moving objects, like fast cars, action movies..etc. If you look closely on a regular LCD tv, fast moving objects appear to have some low degradation.
Otherwise, models differ in size and inputs/outputs, sound, pic-in-pic or how many HDMI outputs it has.
Myself, I would only recommend Sony, or Panasonic. All other brands suck .
