Hello, I am teaching classes in Yoshinkan Aikido, a Japanese Martial Art that is taught around the world and is the martial art for the Tokyo Riot Police in Japan as well as a requirement course for all women police officers. The classes are in the Sheraton Fitness Center on Monday, Wedenesday , Thursday & Saturday from 7-8:30 pm.
