Go to Fanar only if you can stomach some religious proselytizing thrown in for free with your Arabic class.
Another center (Berlitz, etc.) or a private teacher (swing a stick and find one) would be better if you just want to learn the Arabic language without signing on for Islamic Studies lessons as well.
