You have to call the Police first for them to investigate whose mistake.. Both of you will then go to the police station to get the police report. If it is not your mistake you will pay QR20 for that police report paper. After that you can go to His insurance company and submit the paper and they will give you that Insurance paper for the repair of the car.:))
