Yes, it's possible.

1)Get the application typed for 6 Months Family Visit Visa

2)Attache all the necessary documents:
Company Letter
Passport Copy (Ur's Mother),
QID Copy & Passport Copy (Ur's ,Ur's wife)
Housing Agreement
Utility Bill

3)Go to the Captain Nasser on 1st Floor Immigration Dept.(Madinat-e-Khalifa )Office for Approval.

4) After his approval you can submit the application alongwith fees QAR 200.
