If u call 111 after 8pm u will not find them sometimes... 

cos most off them r busy eating or away from the desk ..

some dont care to answer your call ..

i had this issue and i am dealing with it .

I am sorry but best time for u to call and gethold of someone is around

2pm.

making complaint is okay .. do that .. but wait for atleast few days or a week ..

to get an answer..
