what do you mean by that question ? Does it mean to wait to buy a a new phone until Iphone 5 arrives ? then the answer is NO, from me.(but I probably buy 5 or 6 phones in a year)
And one thing I wqouldn't do is to buy an Iphone 4S. Buy an Android phone and be happy.
