The companys here have a quota on nationalities and job description... sometimes they just give you a RP with a designation that is not your actual job. if you are an engineer just make sure that your job description is what you want. Make sure you are happy with the pay.

the limit for a family visa is 10000 so make sure your pay is more than this. Im not sure about the visa on arrival.
