behind two mirrors,u have the right from moi to tint(full 100 percent) but for the front one u can use 15 - 20 percent(this is not from MOI but u can tint ) and at the time of renewing istemarah u have to remove the front tint,mean to say leagally u can tint back mirrors by taking permission from MOI(visitng moroor and asking them to mention in istemara for back window tint) but for front it it illegal,its upto u if u feel so hot on your car then tint 15-20 percent not more than that,i hope u get it
