SPEED and others - my family and I drove out to the fire campsite as well as the "new" campsite where the 200+ men have been moved. There are still men at the burn site but they were not affected by the fire. The "new" campsite is in the Industrial Area and it is actually nicer than the burned site. More apartment like. All the men have been given a bed, mattress and quilt by their manager. They are also given 3 meals a day.

I'm sure these men, fire or not, would be happy to have any donations but from we saw and were told, clothing is the biggest need. Underwear, socks, shoes, clothes, etc. Extras I guess would be small radios or TVs if anyone is interested in donating those. They do have electric.

I can post directions on here or PM Speed. Just let me know. I also have the phone number of the HBK Camp manager if needed.
