Qatar2, you didn't mention what type of Project Management you'll be doing. If it is IT and you're just a project manager (as opposed to heading a department - no offense intended as I'm also just a BA) and you are getting housing and car on top of the QR25k, then it is not bad. This is provided you don't have kids or that they'll pay for your children's education.

Regarding the contract, you first sign an offer letter. You'll only sign the actual contract once you are here.
