Even if I am coming from an EU country they didn't convert my driving license, I had to give exams to take the local one and on normal gear car; I heard they started to allow on auto..and there are a lot of expat women in this case(I know u love us sooooo much!!)Believe me,there is no "local" exceptional rule to learn in school here, maybe missing something v.important in Qatar, like prevention in traffic..."Blaming others"...
