I think it's important to note that of the reported 275 people killed in Gaza (thus far), the VAST majority seem to be Hamas security personnel. From recent news reports online, the only verified number of civilian deaths I have seen is 15 (though I am sure this number will rise -- as this was from early this morning when I was checking online).

I'm not trying to diminish the horror of innocent casualties, but that's a pretty good accuracy rate.
