Noora to open an nursery first of all u need a qatari sponsor with whose help u can run the nursery...u have to run the nursery legally. then u have to register under qatar government and hopefully u have to pay certain fees....for registration and licence of ur nursery.. u have to look for a villa where u think there are huge rooms and enough space to make ur own interior for kids.... If u are a qatari then it is quite easy for u to do all things...as u get good loan amount run any kind of business other than expatriates...GOOD LUCK
