The same type of thing happens with the bars.
If you look at Irish at the Sheraton.... granted they only let couples in from a set time but there is actually a ban on letting Lebanese go in. And it all comes down to the management apparently. sometimes they'll let Lebanese couples in, sometimes not. Sometimes they'll let the Lebanese guys in single-y but most of the time not.... and even then, a lot of the time its normally if they 'know someone' its the only way they're getting in.
Women obviously have free-reign on the pub scene and Westerners have it very easy in getting in pretty much anywhere...couples or not.
so, is it racism? Its not just the indians, pakistani, etc.... it hits others as well.
