Staring is their own thing... when it makes me uncomfortable its a problem... just as if someone were to touch me, it would be a problem.
Lechers are lechers.... vs. analyzing the reason behind it, I'd prefer to say "What the hell are you staring at".... much more fun :)
Husband isn't necessarily generalizing but it leads to an interesting point as well.... If you hear a voice you like from behind a closed door, you want to open the door to see what is behind the voice. If you're given the the voice and now a view of the arm and like both, you want to see more... etc. Human nature.
