There ARE limits -- not inciting violence, as has been said before on other threads (so no saying "let's hang all those black folks" or "gays should be shot on sight", stuff like that).
You should not violate someone's right to privacy (so a big NO to those photographs you speak of, or using a rape victim's name in a newspaper article, for example).
Please pick some more realistic examples if you want to question the issue.
