This is not as big as publicized, google has trademark for youtube and google names, i remember they forced catholicgoogle.com to change their name because it had the google name with it.

So I think Sh Yusuf Estes (I am big fan) should just pick another name and inform his visitors that he is moving, he cant battle with google because they have so much money, and its obviously they will win.
