RHLH - No-one is disrespecting the deceased. No-one has commented specifically on what happened to him (because no-one knows), or condoned it.
No-one said he was at fault, or was inexperienced. Everyone would just like there to be more safety involved with these things.

A lot of people use quad bikes with no safety instruction and no idea of the dangers involved. No-one said this man did that, but his death has raised the important issue. Hopefully one good thing can come out of his death if we are able to raise awareness of the dangers and perhaps even got safety standards enforced.
