RHLR - It's not good form to go back and edit your comment like that. You've changed the general gist of it and now my comment look silly because you've added bits to yours which agree with what I said.
You've added whole new paragraphs to it, because you had nothing in there originally about 'protocols', 'legislation', 'doing something about it' and the 'Qatari government'. You were simply having a go at people for being insensitive (which they weren't).
It would have been better to post a new comment to say that you see where I'm coming from and you agree on some points.
I will not comment any more on this thread as I don't wish to drag it somewhere it shouldn't go. Once again, condolences to all who knew him. Over and out.
