Whenever I see any of the children or any of the parents who let their kid watch cartoons, they easily select Tom and Jerry. They have lesser to no interest in cartoons that talk. They do select a bit of Bugs Bunny but not as repetitive a viewing rate like these cat-and-mouse musical. Are children around here subjected to grow in this type of hypnotic mentality? Or do parents only want to limit their children's language capability by inducing them more with scenes that doesn't need for them to translate one cartoon character's voice-over on what they're doing? No wonder plenty of people are reckless and mute when it comes to English language around here.
