I actually think this is funny.

Many cultures think it is acceptable to go bare breast. If these same cultures did it in the West they would get the same treatment. Each country does not have to adhere to western standards to be civilized. Not quite sure how it is sick to ask a woman to wear a skirt a few inches longer.
