here is the real story, the guest check-in, without any documents, passport copy was just got from his email, FYI im the one on duty then, if im the one duty i will not allow him to check in, the guest paid for one night, and then he extended his stay, after the extension with no payment. The next day i noticed that he didnt have payment, i left a note that NO PAYMENT, NO EXTENSION for him. Im just a receptionist here.. we have our manager, the guest talked to my manager and my manager agreed upon his request.. everyday we are asking payment,the guest talked to our manager up to the point the bill swelled, and still the guest is promising my manager that he will pay tomorrow he just waiting for his money from his father. thats his alibi. Until i had the guts to tell our Managing Director, the next day, police came then, he was detained for days. Then he bailed out, thats why he's at large now, the guest he's still Qatar.

Now the company wants us to sign the letter, stating that we didn't complied with the proper check in procedure, and the total amount will be salary dedution.

We dont want to sign the letter, coz we will know the consequences if we will sign. But still she's persistent for our signature. She was telling us that we will be jailed for not signing the letter.
