I dont think Qatar Campus will work out. Its really difficult to get into IIT in India and I doubt if students in Qatar has the aptitude or exposure to get in... although i know a few people who got into IIT from MES thru DASA and they're doing fine, but I've heard from IIT Merit students that NRIs just drop out and waste their time on dope and stuff
