i think some Arabics are wearing this kind of cotton white pants inside their "kanduras" instead of lungi. this is more secured.. Have you seen Arabics wearing only lungi & shirts in public? I've never seen one. Besides, they are more vain, clean & keen about what they are wearing now in public. Mean no offense. But this is their country, better follow their rules.
