i think all of these people that have replied to you are not crew. lol.. its funny how people have a bad perception of QR based on what they've heard from others and then they discourage others to pursue their dream. yes there are some negative things about qr but the crew are very nice and there is a good level of professionilism in this company. You get promoted quickly and salary is good. Layovers are good and you can see your partner every time you get a flight home as you can bid for a flight home every month when you start flying.
