MJ, i doubt the author is a teacher... for all we know HE/SHE could be representing some complaints of the teachers inside.. OR could be getting jealous (if the author is a HE) that a nepali driver can go inside at his own will, and HE (the author..again, assuming here) can't go inside to visit one teacher..
