Also, if the underlying organisation was so poor, surely there would be regular injuries/accidents/deaths/security breaches? I am not saying that the queue system is not frustrating, it is, it drives me mad when I get shoved about and pushed by people. If I were in charge I would have the Police arrest pushers and lock them up!
