There was an article I think yesterday in the Peninsula that said they were doing suprise audits on private companies to make sure the 6 hour rule is enforced.

My colleague's friends company just had an audit yesterday and they were issued a warning letter.    

So it is happening.   Companies are just trying to make the slaves work harder.
