just gone thru this excercise myself...semi- furnished generally refers to stove, fridge, a/c and most times a washing machine/dryer. you will pay 1000-1500 QAR per month extra to get fully furnished apartment and often the furnishings are of dubious quality. To furnish an apartment with mid range (Home Center)gear will cost you 15-25,000 QAR, depending on your taste.
