According to the QTEL FAQs on the fiberoptic installation, the services and install charges WILL NOT change from the current DSL services and install for basic subscriptions. Advanced/higher speed broadband will have different 'packages' from the DSL but tiered in a similar pricing manner. Of course, I wouldn't put it past QT to try sneaking extra money out of customers so that they don't have to install new lines in existing buildings...but then again that IS about QT's CS...
