There's an important thing you haven't noticed. Your CPU is a Sandy Bridge (second generation) while your motherboard is new so it's Ivy Bridge compatible, so you need an Ivy Bridge processor or you need to tweak the motherboard's bios to support second generation processors. It might be compatible by default but it's a risk I don't think you want to take. Your previous choice was better, the i5 3570k is more than what you need unless you plan to do a lot of video editing/rendering. But as for your PSU, I haven't checked the prices but if the difference isn't big go for the HX.
As for the cases, Tornado PC had some CoolerMaster HAF cases in stock so I think it'd be a good choice.
