I did this only trial
bcz i have some smell about this delay payment.

They force me to do more work in other area.
But the Grace of God,
I stopped the work and withdraw my people after finish my work.

As you said the flow of cash one reason
and other reason is mismanagment of the Finance.

I clear all of our labors salary by arranging loans
But this Main contractors convert the cash to other business
and make the drama that they saying after client paying they will give to me..
