I still wouldn't go for it. Stuttering issues+ poor physx performance makes it a no-go especially with its price tag. GTX 690 seems a good alternative as lifesgr mentioned.
@Luxion, any bank account should do as long as you can get a credit card that works online. Ask whichever bank your company/etc is dealing with. If you need a separate account for online purchases you can get a gift card from QIB, however you can't refill it and it expires after 2 years or something.
