PPl, i used to know its 2 years, but last time i read on the new papers its gonna be 5 years, im not sure if its confirmed or not so far....
you will need to leave the country for two years and you will need a No Objection Certification (NOC) from your previous employer.

Without NOC it is a 2 year ban. With an NOC you can reenter with a new sponsor straight away.
