hello all if a persone resigned from his company and the company didnt cancel him so can he enter qatar again with new visa after expiration of his residence? or he should need the permission from his last sponcor? plz answer me :)

As per my knowledge, its not possible. He should get N.O.C from the previous employer to get another visa, if he is coming before completion of two years of exit from Qatar.
