bussiness visit visa // and Work visa

dear.I am kumara.now i am working in qatar.(with work visa) my visa is an  expire end of this octomber.i have some chase to join a good company with good salary.that company say if i can exit within one week they can issue business visa to come back me and they  can continue it for two years.is it possible?please help me.

Where do I find a mandoob to help me with my application as a sponsored spouse for residency please? My wife works for a Qatari government company, but they are refusing to help.

did you apply for RP while you were in Qatar before .? and for your info it is not possible to get RP while you are on Bussiness Visa, it must be converted to Work Visa.

if you had RP in qatar before then you need NOC.

I am working to have NOC from my previous company there. but the problem is i dont have any body who could help to provide this such kind of visas.

the Visa was not on My passport at all, i did not go in procedure of Visa Stamp on my passport. and did not even go in process of residency except the medical test.

you can come here and process your working visa without a problem. The mandoobs you asked were right considering that the formalization and completion of your residency and working visa before was not finalized.

but I have seen ID cards of those who are employed here, also those visa pages in passport, it is clearly mentioned WORK VISIT VISA, even though they are wroking here for the last two years.

nowa days they keep the word "visit" , but does not mean it isa visit visa

u better check with someone,,not just knowing arabic, but someone who know the procedure of Immigarion, some Mandoop

it was not WORK VISA .... it was WORK VISIT VISA.

most of my collegues told me as long as it was VISIT visa and as i have final exit permit then i can come again coz i did not do any residency permit (RP).

i need just a confirmation from you that these words are correct and i can come again.

coz i do not wanto to go in risk and resign from my current job and come for nothing :(

No one can stop HMC to give you a VIsa

but what you got was a work visa earlier, then I dont know . From the validity period 2 years, it seems , it was a work visa.

Dear,the business visa not affect the work visa,it's only visa for dissction or markiting or evaluation market,and you can come any time after you depature the country I think Hamad hospital having there own issues and internal approval for your position,it will take some time, the goverment will issue the entry visa within few day's if there no other issues .
