how to chage a sponsor?

im a private nurse here in al wakra i'm almost 6mons here.. i want to resign or change my sponsor.. i dont like the way they treat us, my job and the way they pay us.. what should i do? ive contacted my agency when i was only 1 week here in qatar they said i should pay them PHP200,000 so i can change employer... during my application in the phil they said to me if you dont like your job with in 3 mons you can change employer.. but they dont help me now i really can stand it anymore.. hope some one can help me....

first rule , you need to spend one year in qatar before transfering to another sponsor!!! u said you've been here for almost 6 months...so wait for another 6 months :)

first of all exist the new sponsor and then go to immigration dept and the form from there or you can call me to guid u how to do it my dear or you should get a huspand sponsorship .

Only your existing sponsor can help you in this regard. If you want to resign and go, there will be an employment ban for 2 years on you.
