How to check sponsorship change application approve or not

Dear all,
I have given required documents in Immigration for changing my sponsorship to another company. so please let me know how can i check its approved or not?
I checked in moi site, there is no option for checking.

Hello friends,
I came to Qatar recently and 50 days completed. i came here with Transferable visa ( RP) and i got job and i have submitted my visa changing paper to new company from my sponsor but i did not complete my medical and Id So, Please let me know any one how many it will take to process time. I mean visa change process.
Terry wait for 2 weeks.
I have submitted to change also.But the responsible person with whom through the documents is out of the country.So how could I know it changed or not.My number is ID- 27535621535
