Husband sponsorship vs Company sponsorship
Hi
Once I obtain a family visa, is it mandatory for my wife to be moved to my sponsorship?
Is any disadvantage if my wife works under company's sponsorship rather than my (husband's) sponsorship?
Do companies refrain from giving NOC for transferring to my (husband's) sponsorship?

I would suggest that it's always better if your wife is under your sponsorship unless you are happy with the situation mentioned by accha, you leave and she stays. I can't imagine anybody would want this. The NOC issue is the issue of "Modern Slavery", and I would never expose my wife to that.
There are two things. If she works under a company's sponsorship, she remains independent and should you lose your job and be asked to return home, she may continue to stay here if she wishes. If your wife comes under your sponsorship, she will have to return when you exit Qatar permanently either just before you leave or along with you. The issue of giving NOC is totally under the discretion of the management of a company. Only they can decide on issuing NOC or refusing it.
