IF I FINISHED 2 YEARS CONTRACT, CAN I WORK IN OTHER COMPANY IF I DIDNT GET NOC FROM MY ORIGINAL COMPANY, BECAUSE ACCORDING TO THEIR POLICY , THEY DONT GIVE NOC..... KEEP IN MIND THAT MY CONTRACT ENDS NOT BROKEN AND MY WORKING VISA AS WELL.
WHY I CANNOT START NEW WORK AND WHY DO I NEED FOR NOC....... CONTRACT IS OVER AND I DONT WANT TO RENEW IT.

RULES MAY BE HARSH BUT IT IS A RULE...CONTRACTS ARE BASICALLY A PROTECTION AND UNDERSTANDING AND BENEFICIAL TO BOTH PARTIES.

THE RULE SAYS WETHER YOU FINISH THE CONTRACT OR NOT YOU ARE AT THEIR MERCY , MEANING BEING YOUR SPONSOR THEY CAN DO WHATEEVER THEY WANT TO DO , THEY CAN THROW YOU AWAY , EXTEND THE CONTRACT.

NOC IS LIKE A GIFT OR A MERCY ..NOT EVERYBODY IS BLESSED NOR COMPANY SIMPLY GIVING ANY NOC.

THE BEST WAY IS BE RADICAL AND HUMAN TO YOUR EMPLOYER WHO KNOWS THEY WILL CONSIDER YOU AS ONE IN A MILLION YOU.

LAW MAY BE HARSH...BUT IT IS A LAW,,,,,

The difference of Completing contract or breaking contract depends on the conditions in your contract.

That means if you breake the contract within the contract period you will not be eligible for leave salary, end of service benifit,or Air Ticket depends on your contract. If you complete 2 year contract you will be eligible for the above beifits.

In any case you should have a releas or NOC to work with another company. The difference between release letter and NOC is , with release you can transfer from present company to another company without exit. You need NOC to come back to Qatar with a new visa after exit and to avoid two year ban
