If your working in a company but not under their sponsorship, if you resign are they obliged to give the Gratuity/ Final Settlement that worked for 2 years?
hmmmm because of their promises and also i have no choice until i don't get a new company to provide working visa for me. The problem is i try to submit resignation to them then they refuse it. then they told "if you resign sorry we cant give you you're gratuity." :(

I am surprised how could you work two long years in a company, without their sponsorship ?
Even if you worked, it is only because of the mercy of both sponsors -- who allowed to lend and the one who borrowed.
forgetting this reality, now you are in a mood to fight with them ?
they are not at all bound to give you gratuity.
