a friend has told me that they require it just recently. he said it is like a paper that says you do not have any case or did anything illegal or something like that, he doesn't actually know what it's called in english so i was thinking maybe he's referring to nbi cert.? pls. if anybody knows i just need some clarification on this or if they tried this one recently. tnx
Buddy u don't need any paper or documents issued by Phil Embassy to process your release papers it will be process by your Sponsor or Company.
Unless you will upgrade your working Visa from non senior position to a Senior Position i.e Engineer, Accountant or Manager you need to submit your Education Certificate with Ribbon issued from DFA in MANILA then attested by Doha Phil. Embassy.
