Marriage certificate for Visit Family Visa, must it be validated?

Hi!

I have visited the Hukoomi web and I read for a Visa for family VISIT they ask for your "Marriage contract".
However when you apply for a Family Visa they ask you for a "Marriage certificate approved by your country's embassy and by the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs"

Can someone tell me if in case of Visit visa you need to validate your marriage certificate? I have married in my housband country so now I have:
1 marriage certificate of his country
1 marriage certificate and 1 family book expided for my embassy in his country.

Do you need to translate the certificate?

if your marrige certificate is already in arabic language den u js have to testify from your countires embassy.and if da certificate is in english language den you hav to get it translate in arabic.
