If your baby doesn't complete 3months either baby borne in doha or in other country you can travel at any time without baby's RP and have to come back before the completion of babys 3months age. After entering into Qatar you have to apply for baby's RP with in one month.

But baby shouldhave passport. Birth certificate and Vaccination Card is must to carry along with the baby.

Thank you,

alaikum salam. before you leave qatar with your baby make sure that he/she already has RP so coming back here won't have any problem. easy to apply for RP for a newborn. just submit birth certificate of the baby, passport copies of the baby and sponsor (you or your spouse), blood group certificate and photo. submit to immigration. pay fee of 400 riyals i think. after 3-5 working days RP would be ready. not sure though of the timings now as it's Ramadan. Hope this helps.

guyz, he is not asking about the risks involved in taking a newborn in flights !!!!!!

He is asking, I think, about the resident status of the child, while it is born in the land of Qatar. If you wish to get the residency status for the child, I thnk, you may have to cancel the EID flight , better you apply and get it in due course
